What we do
- Face ID or Touch ID on the app, on individual notes, and on your Media Vault.Basic+

- Photos and files sit in a private bucket. Every view is a link that expires in an hour.

What we never do
- No third parties. Not one. Ploq talks to its own servers and to Apple. Nothing else — this page included.
- No ads. There is no ad SDK in this app.
- No analytics or attribution SDK. No Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Sentry, no ad network. Apple publishes the privacy label — check it.
- No advertising ID. Ploq never shows you the tracking-permission prompt, because it has nothing to ask for.
- Your notes are never read for insights, never sold, and never used to train a model. Not now, not in a later version.

Questions people actually ask.
Is Ploq end-to-end encrypted?
No. Your notes travel encrypted and sit in a database only your account can open — but we're not going to tell you we can't read them, because with database access we could. What we don't do is run ads, ship an analytics SDK, or use anything you write to train a model. Ploq keeps basic security diagnostics — when the app opens, when a sign-in succeeds or fails, and the device it happened on — never the contents of a note. End-to-end encryption is on the roadmap. We'll say so here the day it ships, not before.
Can I get my notes out?
Yes. Export everything to Markdown, HTML, or a single JSON file, available on Basic+ and Premium. Your notes are never held hostage to a subscription you stopped paying for.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Capture anything with no signal at all — it's saved on your device immediately and syncs the next time you're online. Nothing waits for a network to exist.
What is the decoy PIN?
A second PIN that opens Ploq empty, as if it were freshly installed. Your real stream stays behind the first one. It's on Premium — and we'd rather describe it plainly than oversell it: it shows an empty app, not a decoy life.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Delete Account is in Settings, and it removes your account and your notes from our database. Nothing is archived for us to look at later.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Ploq is built for iPhone and iPad today. We'd rather do one platform properly than two badly.
